• Description:
• The subject of the measure is the logistics (storage, repair, maintenance, servicing, inspection and transport) of the client's exhibits and event equipment. Logistics exhibits The client estimates non-bindingly that around 210 Deliveries and collections are to be carried out per year for their events. The contract start date is June 1st, 2026. The service provision begins on July 1st, 2026 at the latest, with the relocation (one-off service) of the exhibits by the previous service provider as well as the setup and testing of the event and resource planning software “EasyJob” from Protonic Software GmbH used by the client must be completed by this date. The Framework agreement ends on June 30, 2028, after which the contract term is automatically extended a maximum of two times, each for a further contract year, unless the client gives notice of 6 months before the end of the current contract year is terminated. After the fourth year of the contract, the framework agreement ends without the need for termination. If all extension options are exercised, the contract ends on June 30, 2030.
