Description:
Construction of a new school building.
The Department for Children, Youth, Families and Schools is putting out to tender the equipment for class furniture, cluster facilities, etc. for the new secondary school building, Dr.-Geldmacher-Strasse 1, 41540 Dormagen.
There will be over 1250 tables, over 1950 chairs and over 270 stools/armchairs as well as over 650 cabinets (all in different designs) are purchased. Learning clusters should also be set up.
The warranty period is 2 years.
The equipment must be delivered to the school free of charge, set up and assembled ready for use. The delivery incl. Assembly can only take place from week 29, 2026 at the earliest. In particular items 4, 5, 9,10,11,12,13 and 14 (student chairs and student tables)
as well as items 6, 7, 15, 16 and 17 (teacher chairs and teacher tables) must be delivered by week 33, 2026 at the latest and in consultation with the client.
All of them Packaging materials must be disposed of free of charge for the client.
All raw materials used and the end product must be environmentally friendly, be free of harmful substances and contain all materials relevant to furniture in schools, e.g. B. comply with DIN, DIN EN, ISO standards.
Contract changes are required the Written form. Verbal agreements are invalid. The place of jurisdiction for disputes arising from delivery is Neuss.
