- The state capital Potsdam is planning to build a new two -way sports hall with free sports areas at high school 35 in the Sportforum Waldstadt, Drewitzer Strasse 40 in 14478 Potsdam. The hall is intended to enable school and club -bound sport and involveexisting systems can be realized. The construction period is planned from summer 2026 to the end of 2027 at the latest. The subject of the planning is TGA services according to HOAI for the plant groups of water/wastewater, heat supply, ventilation and building automation. The basic KIS standards apply, the building energy networkas well as the urban GA specification. However, the basic standard fortifications and the charging booklet can be used as a guide, but are not mandatory if the statutory minimum requirements are met. The content and nature of planning documents areMade to implement according to VDI 6026 - documentation in technical building equipment. The focus is particularly on sustainability, energy efficiency and accessibility. The hall is modular and as resource-saving as possible, with options for rainwater infiltration and PV use.
