Description:
The municipality of Papenhagen plans the demolition of the existing fire station and the subsequent new building in a central location in the village, directly on the village street. The new location is arranged slightly north of the previous building to a necessary installation area for emergency vehicles create. The entrance and exit continues to take place via the village street, the necessary parking spaces are set up northeast of the building. The new building is divided into two structurally separate areas: a functional fire brigade area with a vehicle hall, changing rooms and sanitary facilities as well as an administrative and training area with the military manager's office, training room with kitchen, storage rooms and a room for the youth fire brigade. The installation of a photovoltaic system with memory is planned for sustainable energy supply. A positive building preliminary decision has been around since 09.05.2022 before. The implementation of the measure is intended for the period 2025 to 2027 as part of a funding notice (SBZ agent). The construction period is estimated at about 18 months.
