Description:
The Fehrbelliner Square was built in 1935-1938 in a neoclassical style in a closed construction and is listed (Berlin No. 09011441). It is a five-storey, fully surface sub-cellar administrative building with a-shaped floor plan, which adjoins Fehrbelliner Platz, Brandenburgische Strasse, Mannheimer Strasse, Mansfelder Strasse and Barstrasse. The construction surrounds two courtyards. The building is mainly used as a office building by various departments. There are 2 residential units in the Erdge shot. The structural condition of the building is to be assessed as normal. The majority of office space has been prepared in modern standard in recent years. The offices are opened up via middle corridors in a two -man room arrangement. Those created as composite windows Window elements were exchanged for insulating -glazed elements in 2010 to 2012. The building is currently (as of 04/2024) almost fully rented, a sub-area of the 4th floor is converted of the time, the renovation work is expected to be completed until the start of performance. Through the Claims are not currently to be cleaned. The cleaning comprises annual cleaning grounds of 2,402.37 m2 and an annual cleaning of 4,825.75 m2 (measured one-sidedly measured, to be cleaned on one side and partly).
