Description:
As a full-service provider, the contractor must cover a comprehensive service portfolio that professionally supports DSEE's entire visual, communicative and strategic external representation. The services extend to ongoing support in day-to-day business strategic communication development and the implementation of integrated campaigns. The DSEE's many topics, programs, projects and events are highly dynamic. The contractor guarantees that its services are free of third-party rights or that it has the necessary rights rights. In the event that a claim is made against DSEE due to a violation of the rights of third parties, in particular due to an infringement of intellectual property, the contractor will release DSEE from the claims. The contractor is obliged to keep an hourly overview from which the The amount of hours per task can be seen. This overview must be made available to the client on a monthly basis. A monthly quota (Lot 1 | Retainer) is advertised for higher-level support within the framework of DSEE's general umbrella communication as well as a framework agreement (Los 2 | Abruf von Einzelauftrage), fuer Auftrage aus den Foerderprogrammen und -projekten. Both lots will be awarded to a service provider, i.e. interested bidders must apply for both lot 1 and lot 2 and be able to fulfill both in full. Bidding consortiums are approved.
