Description:
In the course of Loses 1, a framework agreement on the delivery of fan protection equipment is to be completed. The framework agreement has a minimum term of two (2) years. In addition, there is the possibility of the duration of the framework agreement two (2) time by anotherYear to extend. The framework agreement thus has a maximum time of four (4) years. The district police authorities (KPB) of the state of the state of North Rhine-Westphalia already have blower protection ruffles, consisting of 178 blower filter devices and 176 head parts of the 3M company (as of 2024). In terms ofNo minimum acceptance quantities are agreed on the framework agreement for Los 1. According to the case law of the ECJ of June 17, 2021 _ RS C - 23/20 - the client is obliged to secure transparency and freedom of discrimination in the competition to state a maximum amount. A call obligationcannot be derived from it. It is estimated that 15 other blower filter devices (see Chapter B1, Section 2.1) are accessed per contract year. A maximum of 80 blower filter devices can be considered over the total term of the framework agreement. ExpectedDuring the contract term, the existing head parts (see Chapter B1, Section 2.2) replaced and additional 120 head parts accessed. A maximum of 336 pieces of head parts are considered over the total term of the framework agreement. The number of requiredRespiratory protection hoses (cf. Chapter B1, Section 2.3), adapters (see section 2.4) and contamination protection (cf. Section 2.6) depends on the resusability already existing components, but is at least 60 pieces per component. The maximum amount is 236 pieces per componentover the entire contract term.
