Description:
In general, the city of Burg Stargard intends the construction of a community center in the center of the city, including the listed former home in Marktstr. 7 at the northeastern limitation of the marketplace. On the property Marktstr. 5 is supposed to be a non-basement 2- Shop new construction with expanded attic and council hall on the ground floor. The necessary staircase and barrier -free elevator are assigned to the new building. The connection to the Existing building Marktstr. 7. An extension in the rear area of the Marktstr. 7 has already been dismantled due to irreparable damage and is replaced by a new building for the sanitary areas.
