• In connection with the construction of two shaft hoisting systems at the Konrad 1 shaft, testing services are requested for experts or an expert organization that is recognized by the State Office for Mining, Energy and Geology (LBEG). in accordance with Section 23a of the General Mining Ordinance for carrying out tests in accordance with the Mining Ordinance for Shaft and Inclined Conveyor Systems (BVOS) of October 15, 2003. The testing services are also available on the client's construction site (Konrad 1 mine) and at third parties (manufacturers, contractors of the client). These testing services relate to the steel construction (Lot 1.1) or the conveyor technology (Lot 1.2) of the mechanical part of the shaft conveyor systems as well as the related foundations and concern: Essential preliminary tests, tests for the commissioning of systems and the start/resumption of rope travel, acceptance tests and regular tests in accordance with BVOS for the • installation/completion of the shaft sump installations (stages, SELDA, etc.) • Shaft frame 5th sole: Installation of drives for gates, setting pawls, etc. • Shaft frame 4th sole: Installation of a heavy-duty flap including hydraulic unit and drives, etc. • Shaft frame 3rd sole: Installation of a pile loading system, drives for gates, etc. • Dismantling the existing and installing a new guide frame • Setting up a heap unloader on the RHB • Installing the rope pulleys of the 2-rope Koepe system • Hanging the conveyor and counterweight • Hanging the guide ropes • Laying on Hoisting rope and lower ropes • Acceptance of the constructed hoisting machine • Installation of the SELDA systems in the guide frame and in the sump • Installation of a clamping and lifting device • Recommissioning of the middle ropeway system in the southern shaft area and the Commissioning of the 2-rope Koepe system and its acceptance.
