• The client plans services according to HOAI, Part 3, Section 1 (mostly LPH 1-3 and 5-9) and Part 4, Section 2 (TGA) for building maintenance (BUN) and for small new, conversion and extension buildings (KLB) to the I.D.R. forgive. The contractor also undertakes to carry out the special services such as inventory, technical substance exploration, structural planning, fire protection and building physics for the corresponding access.
