- Planning, establishing and operating a gigabit network in the profitability gap model of all advertised addresses based on the Gigabit-RL 2.0. The subject of this selection process is the award of a service for the planning, establishment and operation of aGigabit network in the profitability gap model according to section 3.1 of Gigabit-RL 2.0. The aim of this measure is the gigabit supply of the expansion areas with gigabitable broadband connections with data transmission rates of at least 1 GBIT/s symmetrically at peak load conditions for all end usersof the advertised addresses in the expansion area, whereby the up and download rate must at least double. The expansion area results in detail from "B performance description" and their systems, in particular the maps to the expansion area [(B1, B1.1 to B1.X)] and the address lists [(B2, B2.1and B2.X). Reference is made to the explanations of the supplementary documents of this selection process (see above section 2.1.4); According to this, the following applies in particular: a) Technology neutrality The client makes it clear that this selection process of the gigabit network to be established and to be operatedBand widths of at least 1 GBIT/s symmetrically at top load conditions Technology-neutral I.S.D.
