• Description:
• The Kirchheimbolanden community is responsible for school social work at five primary schools (Lot 1: Bolanden-Dannenfels primary school, Kriegsfeld primary school, Marnheim primary school, Stetten primary school and Lot 2 primary school Kirchheimbolanden) in the period from August 1st, 2026 - July 31st, 2030. The basis for the tender is Sections 13 to 13a SGB VIII (Child and Youth Welfare) i. V. m. Resolution of the association municipal council meeting on March 24, 2026. School social work is currently being carried out two providers with a total of 1.86 full-time equivalents, which are divided between five school social workers with (hereinafter stated as hours per week) 7.5 hours each for the Kriegsfeld school location, Marnheim, 8.5 hours for the Stetten school location, 18 hours were carried out for the Bolanden-Dannenfels school location (division 11 hours Bolanden, 7 hours Dannenfels) and 32 hours for the Kirchheimbolanden school location. The school social workers are employed by the provider who provides the service and exercises specialist supervision. The contents of school social work are based on the attached “Synoptic compilation of the requirement profiles for school social work in the primary schools of the Kirchheimbolanden community, which become part of the contract. The specific design of school social work in schools must always be carried out in cooperation with the school authority, the youth welfare office, the school management and the local teachers.
