Description:
The overall order includes planning services in accordance with the Fee Regulations for Architects and Engineers (HOAI) Part 3 Object Planning Section 1 Buildings and Interiors, Part 4 Specialist Planning Section 1 Structural Planning and Section 2 Technical Equipment as well as Part 3 Object Planning Section 2 Outdoor facilities. The contract will be awarded in 5 lots: Lot 1: Property planning building: It is intended to award the service phases (LP) 1 to 9 in accordance with Section 34 HOAI in whole or in part, as well as special services (some optional). Lot 2: Structural planning: It is intended that LP 1 to 6 in accordance with Section 51 HOAI in whole or in part as well as LPH 7 to 9 can optionally be awarded as special services as well as other special services (partly optional). Lot 3: Technical equipment - HLS: It is intended that LP 1 to 9 in accordance with Section 55 HOAI be completely or partially in system groups (ALG) 1, 2, 3, 6 and 7 as well as special services (partly optional). Lot 4: Technical equipment - ELT: It is intended to award LP 1 to 9 in accordance with Section 55 HOAI in whole or in part in ALG 4, 5 and 8 as well as special services (some optional). Lot 5: Property planning for open spaces: It is intends to award the LP 1 to 9 in accordance with Section 39 HOAI in whole or in part as well as special services (some optional). The services are commissioned in stages. After LP 1 to 4 have been commissioned, LP 5 to 9 (or 5 to 6 for the TWP) are optionally assigned in whole or in part, respectively commissioned gradually. The construction project is being financed as part of the "Sustainable Renewal" funding program and is part of the Neue Mitte Tempelhof funding area. An upper limit of €4,665,800.00 may not be exceeded. Precise cost control is therefore necessary.
