- The subject of this loose is the delivery of all acceptance points listed under the lot with electrical energy within the framework of a electricity balance sheet circuit model. The electricity balance sheet model starts with the acceptance points in which the meter conversion to intelligent measuring systems (IMSYS) is already successful was carried out. Other acceptance points of the customer, which are suitable for the model, are successively included in the model and the contract after the meter technology has been converted to intelligent measuring systems and supplied according to the regulations of the electricity balance model. The contractor undertakes to conduct their own electricity balance sheet for these delivery agencies through which both the primary supply of locally generated energy (e.g. photovoltaics, CHP kWh, other EEG systems) as well as the rest of the rest from the public network. The acceptance points should primarily be supplied with electricity from generation plants that are owned or assigned to the client or are assigned to them. For this purpose, direct marketing contracts between the client and the contractor are to be concluded. The energy supply must be carried out without interruption. The contractor must ensure that at any time a needs -based care for all Delivery points is guaranteed.
