- The services requested as part of this award procedure are services for the audit of the annual financial statements, starting with the 2026 financial year, which WDR provides for itself, WDR mediagroup GmbH, WDR mediagroup digital GmbH, ARD Plus GmbH and the ARD, ZDF contribution service. The services are awarded in three lots: - Lot 1: Examinations for the Westdeutscher Rundfunk Cologne - Lot 2: Examinations for ARD ZDF Deutschlandradio Contribution Service - Lot 3: Examination services for WDR Mediagroup GmbH, WDR mediagroup digital GmbH and ARD Plus GmbH The start of the examination for the above-mentioned examinations for the year 2026 is November 2026 (preliminary examination). The respective test period ends when the contractual data are fulfilled Services have been provided for the year, i.e. h. probably in April/May of the following year. The award initially covers the 2026 financial year. Subject to the annual committee approval, the contract also includes the audit services for the Financial years 2027, 2028, 2029 and 2030. For this purpose, a contract is concluded for each lot with the institutions to be audited. Note: for reasons of confidentiality, some attachments that are part of the tender document and that specify the service are made available exclusively to applicants who are invited to submit offers. ...
