- The client plans several maintenance, repair and building maintenance measures, especially for residential properties in eight north German regions. The subject of the present procedure is the award of general planning services in this regard to residential property real estate, rented real estate and in individual cases also on extensions or replacement new buildings in the form of independent buildings in this context. The objects affected by the tender are listed in particular in the property list according to the respective loose (see Appendix_C-02.01_auflistung_objekt_Pro_los). The general planning services to be awarded include the following services in particular: • Object planning for buildings according to § 34 HOAI • Structural planning according to § 51 HOAI • Planning the technical equipment according to § 55 HOAI • Planning the outdoor facilities according to § 39 HOAI (in individual cases) including further possibly. In individual cases necessary urban planning services as well as specialist planning and advisory services based on Appendix 1 to § 3 paragraph 1 HOAI, such as: B. the special services of Appendix 9 in the performance profile environmental impact study and other landscape planning services, building physics (Thermal insulation and energy balance, construction acoustics (sound insulation)), geotechnical engineering, engineering measurement as well as other expert services such as suspicion of pollutant pollution, and also pollutant testing, and analysis. The conclusion of two framework contracts, each with the most economical and the second economy most planned, from which the client is gradually commissioned individual calls with gradual orders of performance phases.
