Description:
The city of Richtenberg intends to build a fire department. The new fire brigade is planned in 18461 Richtenberg, Stralsund Str., Richtenberg, Flur 2, parcels 30/8, 31/6. The location of the new building is located on the edge of a commercial area, conveniently convenientDirectly on the L 192 at the north-eastern outcome of Richtenberg. Access is via the industrial area. The exit for the emergency vehicles is enabled via a SE-Parate exit towards the state road. The necessary parking spaces are arranged south of the building. APositive building preliminary decision on the project is available from June 16, 2023. The implementation of the measure is planned for SBZ funds for 2025 to 2027, a construction period of one and a half years is planned. The new building will be built on the separate property including the necessary outdoor facilitiesbuilt. The approach for the construction costs, according to cost estimate, assumes a construction sum of EUR 2.3 million. For the performance profile building and interiors, engineering services according to HOAI are to be awarded in the performance phases 2 to 8, Honorarzone III, basic fee.
