- Lot 1 Planning services for the preparation of a development plan The Federal Agency for Real Estate Tasks (BImA) as the client is the owner of the former American settlement on Neuherbergstrasse in Munich-Milbertshofen / Am Hart. With the housing offensive, the federal government has... State and local governments have set the goal of addressing the lack of affordable housing. The Federal Agency for Real Estate Tasks (BImA) would therefore like to mobilize space as quickly as possible in order to create low-price housing as part of the federal government's housing offensive. In addition The limited availability of building land requires the use of existing densification potential in existing neighborhoods - including the settlement on Neuherbergstrasse in Munich. The Federal Real Estate Agency (BImA) Munich Directorate intends to use the property in Milbertshofen As part of a structural densification, the construction of new multi-family residential buildings. The services to be provided correspond to the development plan service profile in accordance with HOAI § 19 HOAI 2021, Appendix 3, service phases 1 to 3 (basic services) and Appendix 9 (special services for area planning).
