• The specialist planning of the technical equipment for service phases 1 - 9 for system group 1: wastewater, water and gas systems in accordance with Section 53 HOAI and for engineering structures for water supply buildings and structures and Wastewater disposal systems in accordance with Section 41 HOAI, No. 1, 2 for service phases 1 - 9 Phased commissioning: The commissioning takes place in service phases. Service phases that the client does not commission with the conclusion of the contract are listed below condition precedent. The client reserves the right to limit the commission to partial services of individual service phases or to individual sections of the construction project. The client intends to continue the planning and execution of the Construction project to access further services - individually or as a whole. When deciding whether to call for further services, the client will take into account that this usually depends on the political decisions and the approval of the HU construction/ Construction documentation required. There is no legal right to commission further service phases. The contractor is obliged to provide the services in the further service phases if the client assigns them to him. From the gradual The contractor cannot derive any increase in his fee from the commission. The client reserves the right to award all lots to an economic operator. It is therefore possible to assign all lots to one applicant. Special services must be provided be agreed in writing before execution. The HOAI in the version valid for the commissioning is applicable for planners based in Germany. In addition, the General Terms and Conditions are available to the client's architects and engineers.
