Description:
The infrastructure of the Grünelbachschule kitchen is designed for food delivery in a temperature-decoupled system. Sufficient cooling and regeneration equipment is available on site. The AG's employees take care of this Regeneration of the food (according to the contractor's specifications), food distribution and washing up. The output takes place in the key system. The contractor must ensure the hygienic handover of the delivered food at a defined location. The employees of the AG do not assist with the delivery/unloading of the food to be delivered. Exact handover points will be defined in consultation between the client and the contractor after the contract has been awarded. Compliance with all food law regulations regarding Transport to the agreed handover point is carried out by the contractor. Catering services (CPV code: 55520000)
