Description:
The subject of the contract is the provision of passenger transport services in accordance with Section 44 PBefG (on-demand transport) in the name and on behalf of the client REVG Rhein-Erft-Verkehrsgesellschaft mbH in the area of the Rhein-Erft district as the responsible body of the OeSPV. This is done on a needs-based basis Schedule-independent transport of people by passenger car upon prior order. This is done by the passengers and without a fixed route between specific entry and exit points in the service area. The vehicles to be used for the execution of the order are in principle provided by REVG. Only if, in exceptional cases, REVG cannot provide the contractor with suitable vehicles, the service must be provided using the contractor's reserve vehicles. All income from the transport service (contractual, statutory) is owned by REVG too. The services for lot 1 are to be provided in the Erftstadt operating area. Details on the subject of the contract can be found in the procurement documents provided on the procurement platform. The client aims to implement the measure in accordance with a funding program expected in the near future to be promoted. The exact funding conditions have not yet been determined; The surcharge therefore depends on the early start of the measures, which is expected for January/February 2026. An adaptation of the tender documents in general and the performance requirements in particular to the regulations of the funding program is therefore expressly reserved.
