• Description:
• The subject of this open procedure is a framework agreement on the supply of personal protective equipment (PPE) to the Bavarian Police. The list listed in the item list of the price sheet for the respective lot (Appendix 4) is valid core range to be offered. The quantity information listed in the “Quantity” column is considered a non-binding indication (estimated quantity) for the quantities to be delivered over the entire duration of the contract. These figures were provided by the client as part of a Needs estimate determined based on the purchase figures from the last few years before and after the pandemic situation. They therefore reflect the expected requirements and the expected purchase quantity from the contract as a whole. The contractor has no entitlement to acceptance during the intended contract period. The estimated purchase quantity must be used as a basis for the calculation. The contractor is prepared to provide individual assistance if necessary and, if possible, in coordination with the client Items that expand the core range should be included in the scope of delivery. These are items related to the respective core range, but sometimes with different specifications.
