• The client plans services in accordance with HOAI, Part 4, Section 2, Technical equipment for the system groups according to Section 53 Paragraph 2 No. 1, 2, 3 and 7 HOAI (here mainly LPh 1-3 and 5-9) for building maintenance (BUN) and for small new buildings, conversions and extensions via time-limited framework agreements (KLB) to be awarded to the BA-owned properties in the southern region according to the attached map. The framework agreement has a fixed term of 2 years and includes the option for the client to extend it twice for a further year each time. The South region is in turn divided into 9 areas divided. It is possible to apply for one, several or all 9 areas in the respective subject lot. The contractor also undertakes to carry out special services such as inventory and technical substance investigation on request. An exact statement The total amount or scope of services cannot be stated, as the need is determined annually and unforeseen measures resulting from accidents and disruptions of any kind can occur.
