The subject of this contract is the services of the performance profile structure planning in accordance with §§ 49 ff. HOAI for the construction of the municipal day care center in Billigheim-Iningenheim as the goal of the client at the time of the conclusion of the contract (planning and surveillance objectives within the meaning of Section 650pParagraph 2 BGB) are defined-in the sense of a contractual quality agreement-the following minimum requirements: A.
