- The city of Essen, represented by the Office for Roads and Transport, hereinafter referred to as the client (AG), awards winter maintenance tasks on the main cycle route network (RH) of the city of Essen. The RH consists of different types of paths and is paved with different materials (paving, asphalt, water-bound pavement, etc.). In Lot 1, the winter maintenance work on the roadways is awarded. Here, the RH runs along roadways that are also used by other motorized traffic and that do not have their own bicycle traffic facilities or bicycle streets. In Lot 2, the winter service work on the cycle paths is awarded.
