Repair of the historic roof structure west wing, main roof by: - removal of damaged wooden structural parts, in sections, including fasteners (approx. 730 m) - mechanical cleaning and reinstallation of the removed and temporarily stored structural timbers (approx. 730 m) - cross-section minimization in damaged areas, existing wood (approx. 60 m) - removal of damaged wall thresholds, cleaning of the supports, installation of drainage mortar for water drainage and ventilation in the threshold area, as well as joinery/new installation of wall thresholds made of oak in one and two parts (approx. 80 m) - cross-sectional reinforcement in the necessary areas Partial areas, one-sided, oak (approx. 28 m2) - Securing the position of rafter heads in the ridge point (approx. 80 pieces) - Removal of damaged ceiling beams with securing ceiling formwork (approx. 80 m) - Repair, renovation and new installation/framing on: ceiling beams, thresholds, rafters, struts, bottom/top beams, pressure bars, Masonry slats, purlins, tongs, alternations, empty rafters, fillers, valley/cock beams, headbands, St. Andrew's crosses, sliders, anchors, butt connections, steel structures according to renovation details and fasteners such as bolts, anchors, fully threaded, partially threaded screws, fitting bolts, Rod dowels etc., small iron parts (nails), hardwood dowels, wooden nails etc. - Demolition and disposal of postponers (approx. 270 m) - New installation of postponers at the rafter base (approx. 270 m) - Demolition and disposal of old, damaged slate coverings, pre-covering and roof boarding including metal components (approx. 1850 m2) - Renewal of roof boarding, diagonally undercut (approx. 1850 m2) - Renewal of the underlayment as a nail-tight covering for slate work (approx. 1850 m2) - Dismantling of the dormer structure, repair of damaged structural timbers and new framing of side walls/roof boarding (approx. 21 pieces) - Complete new framing Dormer construction (approx. 1 piece) - Insta...
