• The roofing and plumbing work includes: - Delivery and installation of natural slate as Old German covering (~1850 m2), including adjustment to dormers, ridges, eaves, ridges and chimneys - Professional installation of copper roof sheets, e.g.: eaves sheets, ridge sheets, ridge sheets, ridge covers with rolled lead cams, valley sheets with central web, wall connection sheets with cap strips, verge sheets, cornice sheets, window sill sheets, chest sheets, chimney sheets Total quantity: approx. 650 linear meters of roof sheets / approx. 50 pieces of sheet metal parts (window sill, chest sheets etc.) - assembly of the dormer ventilators for Ventilation and bat protection (4 pieces) - Installation of safety roof hooks (40 pieces) - Installation of mountain snow guard supports (approx. 70 pieces) and snow guard pipes (approx. 130 m) - Gutters made of copper (half-round, 5 parts, NW 400) with gutter hooks, gutter angles, expansion compensators, gutter end floors install professionally, gutter length: approx. 145m - installation of rainwater downpipes DN 120 made of copper including pipe bends, gutter boilers, standpipes with inspection opening, total length approx. 160 m, approx. 12 pipe bends, 9 standpipes - installation of perforated sheets as insect protection in the eaves area (approx. 145 m) - installation of Lightning protection holders in the slate roof (approx. 600 pieces) - partial removal of the existing copper green patinated panel roof covering and reinstallation after repair of the wooden structure, partial repair work on the castle tower with baroque tower dome (approx. 5m2) - work planning, assembly and transport planning (1 flat rate each) - Construction site equipment including provision of personal protective equipment (PPE), instruction, documentation and professional disposal (1 flat rate each)
