• Description:
• The construction site is located on the northern outskirts of the town of Hettstedt, directly adjacent to the HELIOS clinic to the west. To the north, a residential area borders the construction site. Access to the construction site is via a gravelled construction road from Robert-Koch-Straße. A new extension is being built next to the west side of the Helios Clinic in Hettstedt. The building is a partly two-story building with no basement and flat roofs. The External dimensions are approx. 52 x 25 x 7.50 m. The external and internal walls are made of plastered sand-lime brickwork. Few interior walls are made from plasterboard stud walls. The outer facade consists of an insulated, rear-ventilated one Curtain wall made of WPC panels. The southern part of the ground floor consists of a vehicle hall with 8 entrance gates for vehicles. • Creation of a verifiable workshop plan for the positions of the steel structure including drawings and measurements (Statics) within 3 weeks of placing the order and submit for approval •Delivery, manufacture and assembly of a steel structure made of profile steel, pipe and round steel for stiffening structures for the 1st floor, above the social rooms Enclosure of the technical area, external dimensions of the construction see drawings, material usage approx. 5t, • Delivery and professional installation of approx. 150 m² of self-supporting steel trapezoidal profiles as roof covering in negative position, fastening in accordance with Statics and manufacturer information •Delivery and installation of all connection plates on the eaves, verge and wall, see drawings and list of services Metalworking (CPV code: 45262670)
