- The estate was built in the 1930s and was expanded several times in the 1950s and 1980s to include various farm buildings. Today the estate consists of a representative manor house with a spacious park, a three-wing farm yard, and a riding hall (no measures). an outdoor riding arena, a barn, a greenhouse including a raised bed, a chicken coop with a shed, and a farm worker's house. To the south there is a pond in the form of a fire pond. None of the objects are listed as historical monuments. The entire thing Construction projects are supervised by species protection; certain measures must be coordinated with, among other things, ecological construction supervision. The following measures are planned for the existing structure:
