- Lot 2: Supply of electrical energy and provision of energy supply-related services From an energy economic perspective, RAG is an industrial electricity consumer that will in future (until 2030) procure its electricity through its own PV and wind assets as well as using existing demand flexibility in the core business in a CO2-neutral way. This tender is intended to supply electricity from January 1, 2027 to December 31, 2029 or 2030 with an option to extend until December 31, 2033 market, electricity from self-generation is marketed and energy supply-related services are provided. The contract will be awarded in two lots: Lot 1 covers the power supply to the RAG acceptance points in medium, high and high altitudes Extra-high voltage and direct marketing of RAG's renewable energy systems. Lot 2 includes the power supply to the company's delivery points in low voltage (SLP). The RAG intends to sign a contract for parallel to this procurement process to complete the provision of portfolio and risk management as a service. The subject of this announcement and tender are the services of Lot 2.
