- The Rostock district intends to expand the Regenbogen special school in Bad Doberan. A three-story school building with no basement will be built, which will have five general classrooms, a classroom for physical education, a classroom for music, a teaching kitchen, and a classroom for home economics, a family classroom and various offices for school administration. In addition, additional rooms are planned on the ground floor and on the roof of the building to accommodate building services. The school caretaker is given an office to maintain the building with attached bathroom and a workshop. The building is constructed in a cubic shape and connects the existing building with the new building via a barrier-free bridge. The roof area of the modular building will be equipped with photovoltaic modules. The building is barrier-free and must be built in accordance with the LBO. An elevator takes over the development of the upper floor. Toilet facilities for students and teachers are planned separately. A disabled-accessible toilet is part of the sanitary facilities. The building should meet the lowest energy standard and the provisions of the current GEG. The performance of the contractor includes in particular: - complete planning for the submission of the building application, − submission of the building application; − complete planning for the construction of the building, including with regard to fire protection certificate, GEG certificate, noise insulation report, documentation; − Creation of a functional and operational buildings including technical building equipment in accordance with the requirements described in the functional service description. The contract is awarded as a total contractor service. ATTENTION: THE COMMISSIONING TAKES PLACE IN TWO LEVELS OF MANAGEMENT.
