- Lot 23 - windows, exterior doors, sun protection - approx. 241 pieces/660 m2 aluminum window elements - approx. 124 pieces/105 m2 glass railings as window fall protection - approx. 17 m2 fire protection windows F90/EI90 - approx. 10 pieces/36 m2 aluminum external doors, of which 2 transformer doors - approx. 3 pieces/13 m2 sheet steel external doors - approx. 247 pieces/680 m2 aluminum external venetian blind systems Implementation deadlines: Start of construction: within 12 working days after receipt of the request from the client (Section 5 Paragraph 2 Sentence 2 VOB/B); The request is expected to reach you by August 3rd, 2026. Construction completion: within 190 working days deadline for the start of execution marked above. - The above-mentioned contract date refers to execution on site. The period beforehand is required for technical clarification, work and assembly planning, and static calculations. - Submission of verifiable, complete work and documentation Assembly planning and statics 48 working days after placing the order. - Completion of all window elements including the finishing work and blind boxes 60 working days after the start of execution. - Installation of the doors on level E-1 within 12 working days of a separate request. The request is expected to be received 165 working days after the start of execution. - Closing of the installation openings in the roof ceiling within 12 working days after a separate call, execution approx. week 45/46-2025.
