Lot 28 room air technology - replacement school building Eisleben
Description of the entire construction project:
On the property "Schulgartenweg 1" in 06295 Lutherstadt Eisleben is to be built an L-shaped, 2-storey, new school building. The building is not Lower cellars and has a flat roof with all -round attic and exterior drainage. The foundation is founded on a reinforced concrete floor plate, to be found freewaps under the outer walls. Exterior and indoor walls consist of reinforced concrete hole converter elements. Only individual inner walls are in masonry or drying. Stammer concrete filigree ceilings are used as blankets. Test-concrete substructures are installed under the ceiling of the auditorium. Most of the drywall underhang ceilings are mainly provided. The outer building envelope receives a thermal insulation composite system with plaster or clinker straps. In the Building is integrated in a person lift, with an elevator under the floor slab. The heating takes place via underfloor heating with district heating supply. The classrooms are equipped with single room ventilation systems. The facade armor is placed on site. Interior and other scaffolding fall into the responsibility of the shell construction work. Construction fence, construction current and construction water connections, as well as toilets, are placed on site.
