Description:
The former administrative building at Tzschirnerstrasse 14a is to be converted and expanded into a district music school. The existing building (old building from 1912 with cultivation from 2001) is preserved and is being restructured in order to meet the new requirements. On the back of the existing building will be a Concert hall connected as a new building. (Total usable area approx. 1870 m2). Furthermore, the outdoor facilities are extensively redesigned in the same time and thus designed to match the new use. The following rough quantities can be expected: • 116 STK interior elements in different versions • 70 STK wooden doors • 14 STK aluminum glass frame doors • 32 pieces of steel doors • 8 STK toilet partition systems • 50 m of foiling throughput protection +++ The performance not only includes the construction, but also the maintenance and repair of safety lighting, smoke and heat extraction system, house alarm system and Burglage for a period of 4 years. +++ The maintenance contract plus inventory lists is filled out and signed to submit with the offer.
