Located in the attic There are also storage rooms for the tenants. The building consists of a ground floor, an upper floor and an attic. There is no basement. The building is free on the property. The new building is constructed as a conventional masonry building with reinforced concrete ceilings and a gable roof. The roof is a traditional wooden structure with tile covering and thermal insulation. The building is braced using adequately sized wall panels. and ceiling discs ensured. The foundation is carried out via a reinforced concrete base slab with surrounding strip foundations/frost aprons. The construction site can be reached via Ernst-Thälmann-Straße and Hansenstraße. The construction site entrances take place via the future property access road to the south-east. The construction work will begin in June 2026 and end at the end of October 2027.
