Description:
The state capital Potsdam, represented by the municipal real estate service (KIS), intends to renovate and expand the existing gymnastics hall of the Theodor Fontane secondary school 51, (3-day secondary school SEK I with a 3-drawing primary level) on the property to Teufelssee 2-4, 14478 Potsdam.The renovation includes the two -field hall (type MT 90) in the existing stock, which is also to be expanded by a single -field hall (15x27m) including side rooms according to the DIN 18032.First early measures. This includes the construction and maintenance of the building current system and disassembly work including activation of the existing building. Furthermore, the complete grounding and lightning protection system must be installed.
