Description:
The subject of the lot is 12 survey flights per year using high-resolution (min. 2 cm/pixel at the sea surface) digital video technology (min. 6 frames/s) including provision of flight capacities. One flight is to be carried out each month, with a minimum interval between flights of at least 2 weeks. The survey area should cover at least the area N-12.6 and should be designed in such a way that it extends beyond the shipping route SN-10 to the area N-16. Flights should be conducted in accordance with StUK4 in an east-west transect alignment. All data collected as part of the investigations must be submitted to the client in the form of plausibility-checked and error-free data tables (“BSH tables”) via the MARLIN upload portal. Furthermore, the results of the investigation must be presented in an appropriate manner in the interim and final reports relating to the tasks. The reports are based on the specific templates for the report structure. The contractor for this lot must coordinate the development of the project process in the area of responsibility assigned to it on its own initiative through differentiated advance planning and targeted action.
