Description:
Messe Berlin GmbH, hereinafter referred to as MB or AG, intends to award the service of lounge and design furniture for Messe Berlin GmbH and its affiliated companies.
The AG intends to equip event-related special buildings, facilities and trade fair stands in rooms, hallsen and in the open-air area by a pool of external furniture suppliers, with lounge and designer furniture. The requirement is to conclude a framework agreement in competition with a maximum of four economic participants. The bidder pool is commissioned as part of an individual commission. MB is entitled to request all contractors in the bidder pool to submit an offer based on the services offered by MB in the contract and, after receipt of the offers, to commission the commercial contractor to provide the service by means of an individual order.
The benefits will bein all congress and exhibition halls and associated parts of buildings with designated MB event areas, on their
exhibition grounds in Berlin (BECC - ExpoCenter City) as well as other event locations in Berlin and within a radius of 20 km from the Berlin city limits (e.g. Berlin ExpoCenter Airport) benoetigt.
