Description:
The Emschergenossenschaft operates the Emscher mouth (Klem) sewage treatment plant in Dinslaken. On the site of the sewage treatment plant, the establishment of a single -storey training workshop for the training occupations is planned for mechatronics, electronics technicians and industrial mechanics.
The training building is optically Floating construction above two former thickener basin built in the sewage treatment plant.
The load -bearing roof structure consists of boarding wood elements that clamp on the layered wood via gable roof ties. The binders are on reinforced concrete supports put on.
These walls are mounted between the load -bearing reinforced concrete supports.
The ventilation technology is set up on the roof.
The Settled buildings are used as follows after completion:
Two training rooms, a break room, a workshop, two work rooms, an instructor office, sanitary and changing rooms as well as technology rooms.
Part of the tender are the power measures in the building together with everyone Raw and fine installations. For the connection to the potential compensation, shell side connection flags are set from the ground system.
