Implementation of the exempted transportation of students (FSV) with and without impairments

The total service to be awarded includes services of the exempted transportation of pupils (FSV) with and without impairments in accordance with Sections 4 and 6 of the student transport statute of the district of Ludwigslust-Parchim (Lup) on behalf and in the area of the district of Lup, usually with vehicles up to 8 passenger seats (car, large limousine/van, minibus) for the transport of a person in a wheelchair is a particularly equipped vehicle necessary.
The total scope of the transport service to be awarded is approx. 106,900 occupied KM (load-km) per school year at the time of allocation. The term occupied KM stands for the cumulative length of the trips from the admission of the first student to be transported to the last operating educational institution (outward journey) or in the return journeys from the first educational institution to be operated until the last student to be exceeded (occupied trips). Only these services are the counter-status of the tender, the order to be awarded and the contract design. The additional expenditure for the empty trips required to provide these services must be taken into account by the bidder in the price offer for the advertised service. Kilometers, in which only one accompanying person, but no student is in the vehicle, are also empty kilometers.
