Thereafter The expansion of these buildings will take place gradually. The start of construction for this service is planned for October 2026. The scope of this lot is the construction of the ventilation, partial air conditioning and refrigeration systems for all components. Ventilation system existing from: - 8 pieces RLT 8,000-40,000 m3/h - 4460 m2 of sheet steel ducts and fittings; including inspection openings etc. - 310 m2 stainless steel channels and fittings; including inspection openings etc. - 81 pieces of duct silencers - 3920 m2 of thermal insulation - 178 pieces var. & Constant volume flow controller - 670m pipe system made of sheet steel up to DN 315 mm including fittings - 169 pieces of ventilation grilles - Etc. Partial air conditioning system consisting of: - 2 pcs RLT 9,000-19,000 m3/h - HKVS station compact - 1360 m2 of sheet steel ducts and fittings; incl. inspection openings etc. - 1200 m2 of thermal insulation - 453 m pipe system made of sheet steel up to DN 315 mm including fittings - 38 pieces of fire dampers - 40 pieces of different & constant volume flow controllers - 12 pieces of decentralized ventilation devices, vertical version - Etc. Refrigeration system consisting of: - 2 pcs multi-split outdoor unit 15.5 kW - 7 pcs split wall unit 2.6-8 kW - 600m insulated refrigerant pipe - 400m steel pipe DN25-100 including all bends, T-pieces, clamps etc. - Performance including refrigerant...
