- The fire brigade service center is planned in Neustadt-Glewe. The Ludwigslust-Parchim district will be building the shell for components 1 & 5 (hose workshop, internal driveway, respiratory protection workshop, training tower) from February 2026. The scope of the lot includes additional earthworks for filling/filling the excavation pit and the structure, the reinforced concrete work for the foundation, walls, ceilings and prefabricated parts, the sealing work, the masonry work for interior and exterior walls, the roof trusses made of glued laminated timber and the trapezoidal sheet metal ceiling shells for the roof covering. Earthworks: approx. 300 m3 of floor filling reinforced concrete work approx. 700m3 of reinforced concrete for the foundation base, approx. 150m3 of reinforced concrete for external walls, supports, beams etc. approx. 400m3 of reinforced concrete for ceilings sealing work approx. 1200m2 of internal sealing masonry work approx. 1800m2 of internal walls approx. 700m2 of external walls roof construction approx. 530m2 trapezoidal sheet metal ceiling shell approx. 30m3 glued laminated timber beams
