Ludwigslust-Parchim district - specialist planning, structural planning in accordance with HOAI 2021 for the new building of the special school with a focus on intellectual development in Boizenburg (stage contract) Engineering services in accordance with HOAI 2021 Part 4 Specialist Planning, Section 1 Structural planning, service phases 1 - 4, service phases 5-6 optional A new special school with a focus on intellectual development is to be built on the open site in the immediate vicinity of the Elbe-Gymnasium Boizenburg. When it comes to space requirements currently assumed to have around 30 students and 20 teachers. The prescribed spatial concept with learning areas must be taken into account in the planning. The general requirements for acoustics, lighting and the indoor climate must also be taken into account in the planning Implementation must be included. In the course of performance phase 1, a comparison of variants will also be created in order to determine the best construction method from the perspectives of resilience, cost-effectiveness, longevity and energy efficiency.
