Description:
Luggage trolley services at Berlin Brandenburg Airport to ensure sufficient availability of luggage trolleys.

The service in question refers to lots 1 and 2:
Lot 1: Provision of 1,800 luggage trolleys for passenger luggage
Lot 2: Luggage trolley management

The contract with the contractor lot 1 (provision of 1,800 luggage trolleys for passenger luggage) will contain the following regulation:
"The contractor is obliged to return the luggage trolleys made available to the client or the new contractor, which according to OJwill carry out the corresponding services of lot 1 and/or lot 2 during the contract term (successor contract) and offer them for sale at the residual book value. The contractor remains bound to the offer until 4 months after the award of the contract for the successor contract. The remaining book value is the FBB 18 monthsto be announced before the end of the contract. The FBB has the right to publish this. FBB or the new contractor can accept the offer within four months of the award of the contract for the successor contract. Neither FBB nor the new contractor is obliged to accept the contractor's offergain weight. (Option).
For the purpose of verifying the residual book value stated by the contractor, FBB has the right to have the relevant books of the contractor inspected by its own internal audit department or by an auditor of its choice, insofar as this is necessary to determine the accuracy and completeness...
