LV 04/2026 Elevator systems ASB House 11 The Bavarian Broadcasting Corporation (BR) is planning the renovation measures of the existing building 11 on its headquarters in Munich Freimann on Floriansmühlstrasse under the term “Adaptation and Renovation of the Existing Building (ASB)”. In the train the v. G. During the renovation of House 11, the two existing elevator systems from 1988 are to be completely renovated. The “elevator system” service list includes the following services: ? Complete dismantling of two passenger elevator systems, each 5 Stops, 5 shaft doors, height approx. 14 m, rope suspension ? Creating barriers for elevator shaft entrances ? Delivery and installation of two new passenger elevator systems ? Delivery and installation of 10 wall frames ? Delivery and assembly of 5 Tier panels ? Delivery and installation of 2 shaft smoke extraction systems ? Construction site equipment for your own performance ? Inspection and maintenance services Passenger elevator, 630 kg / 8 people 2 pieces. 5 stops, approx. 13.7 m head drive and Service panel in the engine room 1 piece. Elevator control as an open system 1 piece. Tier panels 5 pcs. Dynamic fire control 1 pc. Wall enclosing frames made of stainless steel 10 pieces. Shaft smoke removal according to EnEV 1 hour.
