Description:
The construction project Kita-Schulzendorf is located in the district of Schulzendorf south of the Schönefeld airport. The building has a floor area of 1,000m² and is built at ground level without a cellar. The house connections are in front of the building in transfer directions. To open up the building, empty pipes are provided to carry the drinking water connection into the building. Under the building, a basic line system is established on site. By means of individual feedthroughs through the bottom plate, the resulting wastewater is led out of the building. Rainwater pipes are not part of the tender. All major roads for opening rooms and components are almost exclusively in depths in hallways and sanitary rooms. (HLSE) In the building there are several sanitary rooms for children, a distribution kitchen and a changing room and toilet facilities for the staff. Hot water is generated and distributed decentralized in the respective spaces. All internal spaces receive a central exhaust air condition mounted on the flat roof.
