Description:
In the course of the McGraw-Ost construction project, three blocks (A+B+C) are built. The performance advertised here includes the heating system for block C.
Block C: dormitory/apartment house with kindergarten and retail, with a district heating connection for living 450 kW and 60 kW for kindergarten.The retailer receives heat pumps for air conditioning. All apartments are equipped with underfloor heating and kindergarten. The sales market in the Rewe receives ceiling air heaters and radiators. Kindergarten, house and retail are billed individually.
Approx. 7,500 m of pipes,Black steel tube and stainless steel tube (not suitable for drinking water). FBH living, approx. 6,500 m2, daycare center approx. 540 m2. Insulation and sheet metal coat 200 % approx. 550 m, approx. 90 radiators (living) with heating water and approx. 70 electrical HK. In retail with door air treors and 7 St. ceiling air heaters forCooling and heating, approx. 85 pcs.
