Description:
The fishing port company mbH (FBG), Lengstr. 1, 27572 Bremerhaven, intends to carry out the construction and renovation of the previous areas of TTZ sensor laboratories and the former Columbus freight forwarder in the FBG administration building. The aim of the project is to expand the sensor laboratoryof the TTZ in the administration building of the FBG. The renovation includes both the improvement of energy efficiency and adaptation to contemporary security, comfort and usage standards. In advance of planning security and component exploration, demolition measures are to be carried out to gain theRental area Columbus Spedition. Only non -carrying walls must be canceled in advance! Other usage units in this building are in use. Noise emissions are to be limited to a necessary level. Includes and traffic routes must basically be kept free and secure if necessary.WC systems are available in the existing and can be used during the demolition measures. It is important to ensure consumption and lighting, since the area is switched without electricity. Construction current is made available on site. Execution period: approx.
