- LVR Clinic Bedburg-Hau, Energ. Renovation of the CHP plants EMSR systems As part of this call for tenders for the “EMSR technology for the energy center” project, the construction of the electrical and control systems for a CHP system (with Emergency network operation) in conjunction with an on-site medium-voltage switchgear and building management system. The aim of the project is to modernize the energy center by using new electrical and control systems Connection, regulation and control of 3 pieces of highly efficient CHP modules (499 kWel each). The focus is on heat generation and securing critical infrastructures through the network replacement capability/island operation capability Overall system configuration. In this respect, the electrical and control systems serve as a link between the CHP modules and the medium-voltage switchgear, etc. Basically, the system technology must be constructed in accordance with VDE AR-N 4110. The measure includes the planning, delivery and assembly of the following main technical components: New transformers, each with 1600 kVA and downstream NSHV switchgear. The entire power and control cabling including the laying systems, grounding and lightning protection system, as well as the general building installation (lighting, SIBE, etc.) is part of the services.
