In the Merheim Station building, a building automation system is being built, and on the management and operating device of the property. In the basement two central automation areas are built, assigned tothe ventilation system and the heating system. The regulatory tasks of the floors are processed in these automation stations via a bus protocol. On the one hand, this affects the integration of the fire protection flaps on the floors and on the other hand the temperature control of the rooms. The energy generationtakes place via a heat pump and a local heating connection for hot water preparation. Fountain water is used to devolve the premises. The mixing circles are regulated via a self -sufficient system of a pump manufacturer. The following masses are installed:
